In consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I hereby waive on behalf of my heirs, executors and assigns, all claims of any nature arising from my participation in the Shamrock Shuffle 5k Run/Walk and do hereby release the Fairbury Chamber of Commerce, City of Fairbury, Jefferson County Fair Board and any race volunteers or sponsors of the event from any claim whatsoever arising from my participation in the event. I agree to abide by all the rules for participation. I understand the risks for such a run/walk and have trained adequately in preparation and hereby certify that I take part in this event at my own risk and that I am insured against accident or injury. I release any rights to all photo and video taken during the event and agree to any publications. I hereby certify with the checkbox ticked on the Shamrock Shuffle Form it substitutes as my signature and that I have read and understand this agreement.
